Primal Skills: Strength & Conditioning training
Outdoor Activity: Foraging and Firewood Collection

Day 04 –

All day excursion – Ascent of 3482m peak of Mulhacen

Day 05 –

Primal Skills: Easy Recovery Session
Outdoor Activity: Abseiling + Visit to Local Village

Day 06 –

Primal Skills: Combination Training + Programming
Outdoor Activity: Rock Climbing or Hiking (Free choice)
