- Train in Paradise
You can train Primal Fitness anywhere – In a gym, in a park, in the street, in your living room. But if you’ve got the chance, why not train it in the beautiful, sun drenched foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains, with spectacular views of the sea and snow-capped mountains?
Each morning, the retreat will focus on a different aspect of natural movement – re-learning how to run, jump, climb, lift, carry, and throw, re-developing efficient natural movements that have been lost through years of sitting still, to once again begin to move powerfully, gracefully and free from pain.
Numbers on the retreat are limited to just 10 participants, to ensure you get the individual coaching and attention necessary to maximise your gains.
- Explore the Mountains
Every afternoon, you will be taken deep into the hills and valleys of “Las Alpujarras“, to explore one of the most spectacular and rugged regions of the Mediterranean. Hiking, trail running, rock climbing, swimming, culminating with a full day out in the mountains, to ascend Western Europe’s highest peak outside of the Alps – Mulhacen, at 3482m.
- Nourish your Body
Every breakfast, lunch and dinner, you will be treated to a feast of wholesome bounty, prepared by the loving hand of Julia, Hidden Paradise’s queen of the kitchen. Rather than put you on starvation rations, as on many “Fitness Holiday Bootcamps”, our aim is to nourish you and tantalise you, with local, sustainable, wholefoods, deliciously prepared and presented with love.
- Free your Mind
Moving naturally and eating wholesome nutritious foods are critical to health and happiness, but it is only part of the picture. It is crucial to have a mind which is as resilient and adaptable as your Primal Fit body! To help keep your mind in as good shape as its chassis, each day we will start with a short session of guided mindfulness practice.
- Relax and Unwind
Though the schedule is pretty jam packed, we also believe that some good quality R&R is an important part of a healthy, Primal Lifestyle. Whether you want to soak up the sun on the terrace, refresh yourself in the pool, unwind in the sauna, or completely relax in a hammock, we guarantee you’ll recover as hard as you train!
