Primal Fitness is organised in such a way that by attending the classes and following the Primal Fitness nutrition advice one can achieve optimal health and fitness for everyday life.

We also realise, however, that everyone is different and has their individual goals, needs and requirements. Perhaps you participate in a sport with very specific demands, maybe you’ve never been to a gym before and want to build confidence before joining the group, or you may have particular weak spots that you wish to target.

In order to get maximum results in minimum time, one of Primal Fitness’s resident strength and conditioning coaches can work with you one on one to develop a personalised plan of both exercise and nutrition to ensure that you achieve your goals, whether it is performance, health or appearance, and keep you motivated along the way.
