Personal Training
Primal Fitness is organised in such a way that by attending the classes and following the Primal Fitness nutrition advice one can achieve optimal health and fitness for everyday life.
We also realise, however, that everyone is different and has their individual goals, needs and requirements. Perhaps you participate in a sport with very specific demands, maybe you've never been to a gym before and want to build confidence before joining the group, or you may have particular weak spots that you wish to target.
Primal Fitness' resident strength and conditioning coach, Simon Whyatt, can work with you to develop a personalised plan of both exercise and nutrition to ensure that you achieve your goals, whether it is performance, health or appearance, and keep you motivated along the way.
Simon has been coaching for the last 4 years, and started his own company, Primal Fitness two years ago as an outdoor fitness training venture.
Simon believes in education as well as motivation, the idea being that after a few months of one to one sessions you will have the knowledge, skills, and motivation to not only maintain your new found fitness, but continue to take it to the next level.
