Outdoor Classes
After the popularity of the impromptu outdoor classes last month, we were considering making them a more regular feature again.
If there is enough interest we will start running a weather permitting 10.00am outdoor class. We would meet at the gym as normal, and then if the weather is good head to a nearby park for a Primal workout in the great outdoors. This would mean that the in-gym facilities would not be available until 11.00am.
We would appreciate it if you could let us know your thoughts on this by completing the following
survey
Camping Trip
Must be the promise of Spring in the air, but we're getting crazy for the great outdoors (That's where Primal started after all!). At the end of May, we will be heading for the hills for a Primal camping trip. We will be heading out on the morning of Saturday 29th May to tackle the aerial assault course at Go Ape before heading to the pub to ensure a solid nights sleep under the stars. Sunday morning hangovers will be quelled by a Meaty feast Primal style breakfast bbq, followed by a trek up the highest peak we can find in the area. Those still up for it can do round two in the local and another night under canvas as its Bank Holiday Monday, woo!
Please let me know if you want to attend asap so we can book early as it is likely to be a popular weekend.
Q&A
After the success of the first Primal Q&A it is now going to become a regular feature. The next one will be on Thursday 25th March at 18.00. Please get your questions in to me via email (info@primalfitness.co.uk) before Thursday 18th March. If you're not a full member, but still want to attend you can do so at a surcharge of £5.
Meat Order
We will be making the next meat on Monday 8th March (this Monday), for collection the following Monday (15th March). Check
www.roamingroosters.com for prices and let me know what you want asap.
New Eco Pouches
Always committed to trying to minimise our impact on the environment, Primal Protein will now come in new, eco-friendly packaging. Rather than the bulky plastic tubs, Primal Protein will now come in a recyclable eco-pouch. This new packaging requires less energy to produce and transport, packs flat when empty, and can be recycled. Yet another reason to use Primal Protein!
