New Member’s area available on the website. You can now keep track of your strength training gains in a new members section on the website, as well as being able to create a personal profile and hook up with other members. If you want to sign up, please see either myself or Fernando to get a membership number.

Sundays in 2010.  From next year onwards, Sunday training sessions must be booked in advance.  This year, there have only ever been 2 visits to the gym before 12.00 on a Sunday, so it seems a bit of a waste for Fernando and I to keep coming in at 10.00 for no reason.  If you do want to come in early this is no problem, just let us know by the Friday so we know what time to come in for.
