The Primal Fitness Team is comprised of three dedicated and passionate trainers, whose number one focus is helping you achieve your goals:
Simon Whyatt:
Simon has been working as a personal trainer in the fitness industry for over 7 years, during which time he has helped hundreds of people reach their goals, be it losing weight, fitting in that dress, looking great on the beach or winning that competition.
Through his extensive experience and dedicated research into exercise science, Simon has found out what works to get results – There will be no time wasting or guess work involved, every movement you make will be getting you closer to your fitness goals.
Fernando Ajmad:

A former member of the Venezuelan National Swimming Team, and a keen surfer and snowboarder, Fernando is passionate about fitness and training, a love that will soon rub off on you!
Fernando does not mess around he will get straight to the point but you will achieve your goals whatever they are!
Working with Fernando, you will be pushed hard, but you will never be bored as his repertoire of innovative and exciting workouts is endless.
