Meet the Team

The Primal Fitness Team is comprised of three dedicated and passionate trainers, whose number one focus is helping you achieve your goals:

Simon Whyatt:

Simon has been working as a personal trainer in the fitness industry since 2003, during which time he has helped hundreds of people reach their goals, be it losing weight, fitting in that dress, looking great on the beach or winning that competition.

Through his extensive experience and dedicated research into exercise science, Simon has found out what works to get results – There will be no time wasting or guess work involved, every movement you make will be getting you closer to your fitness goals.

Jill Greenwood:

Jill has been motivating people to new levels of fitness since 2006, teaching all kinds of classes from spin to aerobics and everything in between. Jill discovered primal in 2009, however, and hasn’t looked back, as now she’s not only a fantastic instructor, and super fit, but super strong too. Living proof that lifting big weights isn’t just for the boys, and won’t make you big and bulky!

Jill doesn’t just lift big kettlebells and tractor tyres though, her boundless enthusiasm and passion for health will lift your spirits too. A few minutes with Jill, and you’ll be as excited about Primal Fitness as we are!
