Group Sessions

Primal Fitness group classes are free to all members of the gym. Class sizes are kept small to ensure every participant gets the individual focus and attention that they deserve - Taking part in a class means you get the benefits of a personal training session (varied and interesting workouts, correct technique and motivation) without the financial outlay. In addition to this shared suffering is a great way to make new friends!

If you are thinking of joining the gym, we not take advantage of a free trial for any GPP class on the time table?

Simply turn up 5 mins before the scheduled start time with some suitable clothing and a drinks bottle and we will get you on the path to a fitter, stonger, healthier, firmer body!
