Primal Living
Primal Living is an 8 week course largely focused on nutrition, but also covering all aspects of lifestyle that can impact on your health and fitness.
Topics range from understanding proteins and fatty acids, to navigating the grocery stores, understanding food labels and shopping on a budget.
As well as learning the fundamentals of optimal nutrition, get practical advice on how to cook healthy, tasty, quick meals, and how to get fit, save money, protect the environment and boost the local economy all at the same time!
