Kettlebells

A challenging but fun workout with what looks like a cannon ball with a handle. Swing, snatch and press your way to superior strength and fitness. Once you can manhandle a large metal ball with ease, everyday objects will become light as a feather. Whether you want and iron grip, and a rock hard core, or simply want to look good on the beach, kettlebell training is the way to do it.

Beginner classes run at 12.00 and 17.30 on Tuesdays and at 12.00 on Saturdays.  Come along and learn the Turkish Get-Up and the High Pull Sumo Deadlift!
