GPP
GPP - General Physical Preparedness. Rubbish name, fantastic workout! Basically, taking part in this class will prepare you for anything life might throw at you - in your sport, in your job, out in the wild, wherever. In this class you might flip tyres, climb ropes, swing sledgehammers, walk on your hands, drag a sled, carry a sandbag over head. Just like life, work and the sporting arena, these workouts are going to be varied and unpredictable, challenging but fun. As with all our classes all levels can participate as options will be given for all fitness levels.
