The Top 10 Rules of Primal Nutrition – 2011

Its been a while since I’ve updated the top 10 rules of Primal nutrition.

There’s no massive changes, the emphasis is still on eating real food – Mainly eating Meat, Fish and Eggs with vegetables and some fruits, while avoiding food toxins such as processed sugars, grains and legumes (particularly wheat) and industrial seed/vegetable oils, but there have been some subtle refinements that are worth noting to really get the most out of your nutrition.
